DarkSeer A supporter or A killer..?-WuL-member u all decide = )
This Heroes have alot of purpose and usefulness during clan war or even soloing a lane.It can even Stay in the forest farming creep while lv 1 with ion shell and a Stout shell.

Vacuum (C)
Creates an abyss upon a chosen parameter, pulling in and damaging foes in the area.
Level 1 - 60 Damage. 300 AOE.
Level 2 - 120 Damage. 400 AOE.
Level 3 - 180 Damage. 500 AOE.
Level 4 - 240 Damage. 600 AOE.
Mana Cost: 100/130/160/190
Cooldown: 16

This skill has two uses. One use is for early game harassing/nuking, and it does it quite effectively after 2 levels or so, as it not only damages them, it pulls them to the location it was cast, strategic positioning can lead to some early game kills. The second use is setting up team battles. For example, one of you teammates has some heavy aoe skills Especially Earth Shaker Ulti, you pop this down near a group of enemy hero's as they cast an aoe in the same place and bam, you just nuked all your enemies and can now start fighting with an advantage, or if they run (wisely) you can push up to their base. Definitely level this early.

Ion Shell (E)
Surrounds a target with energized spellwork, creating a shield that causes damage per second to enemy units who come in contact with it. Lasts 15 seconds.
Level 1 - 30 damage per second
Level 2 - 45 damage per second
Level 3 - 60 damage per second
Level 4 - 75 damage per second
Mana Cost: 60/80/100/120
Cooldown: 15

If you've ever played pudge, or seen him being played, think of this as rot that doesn't cost you health and can be placed on allies. This is Dark Seer's key skill. Get it. Use it. Love it. This is your harassing skill, your farming skill, your damage skill, your "get the **** away from me skill. This is also what lets you be a melee int hero. Your ideal match up would be another melee enemy hero, as if he wants to get some last hits in, he has to come near you meaning he is being damage by the second. During team battles, stay back and cast this on your allies. This will be killer to all, except well farmed STR hero's.

Surge (R)
Floods a target with excess power, removing most negative buffs from it and giving it maximum speed for brief period of time.
Level 1 - Lasts 2 Seconds.
Level 2 - Lasts 3.5 Seconds.
Level 3 - Lasts 5.0 Seconds.
Level 4 - Lasts 6.5 Seconds.
Mana Cost: 20/30/40/50
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9

Another amazing skill. For an extremely cheap mana cost, you get maximum speed for up to 6.5 seconds. It may not seem to last long, but it certainly feels like it does when you're chasing down a weak hero with Ion Shell activated, or laughing at your chasers futile attempts to catch you. Although this is a good skill, I see no real reason to get it early on, when it's hard to gank, and therefore, unlikey for you to get ganked. Get this skill when Shell and Vacuum are maxed.

[Ultimate]
Wall of Replica (W)
Raises a wall out of pure mana across the landscape. Heroes who attempt to pass through it will have images of themselves emerge from the wall to serve under the Dark Seer until the wall's duration is up. Images take 250% damage and deal 35%.
Level 1 - Lasts 15 seconds.
Level 2 - Lasts 30 seconds.
Level 3 - Lasts 45 seconds.
Mana Cost: 200/300/400
Cooldown: 100

So he has all these superb skills and then there's his ultimate. I really find his ultimate kind of "meh"-ish. Let's take a look at what it does. You select the power and choose a place to cast the wall. A wall of light emerges perpendicular to the dark seer at wherever he casts it, then any hero (Allies AND enemies) who walks through this wall gets cloned. So Assuming, every single hero (including yourself) walked through it, you'd have 10 clones under your control. They have any passive abilities the original hero's had, including those from items. They last for 15/30/45 seconds. The one time this skill really shines is during a full on, 5v5 team battle. Cast it where all your allies can walk through it, and where your enemies may be forced to walk through it. This instantly makes the battle pretty one sided. The beauty is, you can use the clones to surround a hero, assuming he can't blink or windwalk in some form.

"OMG NO ULTIMATE UNTIL 13?!" Nope. The main reason being, I find all his other abilities too useful to pass up for something I rarely get opportunity to use well. I get Ion Shell and Vacuum first for two reasons. Shell is your farming skill. Last hitting? Effortless with this skill and it harasses any hero's that get too close. The AoE of shell is surprisingly big, expect to be affecting *all* the creeps why you are stood next to them, except the range done. Vacuum is also maxed early as it is your ranged hero harassing skill, and your setup for ganks at level 8+.

I get surge at level 9-12, because that's when the other two skills are maxed, and this is also the time when you are most likely to get ganked (I.e, when you're pushing rapidly). Use this skill to travel two and from the fountain. The mana cost is laughable, so spam this as you see fit. Also, this is your chasing skill. Nothing escapes the Dark Seer!

Again, no ultimate until level 13 as it really isn't that useful, especially with this build. I won't be adding an item build for this skill build, because it's the same as item build two, except the first item you get (after arcane ring) is Dagon. Essentially all you do is farm until your foolish opponent gets too close. Then you cast Ion shell on yourself and run next to him. If he's smart he'll run, but because you're smart you cast surge and keep up with him. Once Ion shell runs out, you use dagon to finish him (hopefully). Of course, smarter players won't fall to this and it makes you much less effective late game, so I really only suggest using this build if you're joining a pubbie and can tell your lane opponent isn't that smart (or durable!).

Tips 'n Tricks

1. Vacuum of Replica - To get full use of your ultimate, you need your enemies to pass through the wall. How can you achieve this? Simple! After you cast the wall, cast vacuum ON the wall to pull your enemies into it! Shame you can't pull incompetent allies into it =P

2. A true jedi is selfless... - Meaning what exactly? Well, there IS a reason that Ion Shell and Surge can be cast on others, so USE IT on others. I havn't confirmed this yet, but I believe Ion Shell can be cast on your enemies. Mayhem may pursue Wakaka.
